Longing to put a stop to boring workouts, we opened our doors a few months back with the goal to get our guests looking and feeling their best with high-intensity classes that combine strength training with speed and endurance. Heart-pumping cardio meets muscle building exercise with our routines, not to mention they cut your workout time in half. All classes are one hour long and will push you to the max, meaning faster results and faster fat loss. With encouraging, professional instructors and trainers by your side the entire time, you will receive the motivation you need to firm up your flab. We love proving to our members that they have the power to be faster and stronger.

As a premier mixed martial arts gym in the San Antonio area, in addition to our classes and training, we also have an expansive free weight section. Here you can workout at your own pace and visit when you would like in-between classes. When you join Elite Moxie Gym as a member, what makes us unique is that you get to set your own schedule. All you have to do is let us know times that are convenient for you and we will create a workout regimen that fits! We are dedicated to helping you look great and feel healthy, and that starts with creating a plan you can stick with that will improve your lifestyle.

With an inviting and upbeat atmosphere, we strive to make our gym a home away from home for you, rather than a place you dread going. We welcome all skill levels and anyone who is looking for an exciting, affordable way to get in shape. Some of the classes and training sessions you can participate in include:

Boxing/MMA Classes: When you enroll on one of our boxing classes, be prepared to engage nearly every muscle group in your body and drip some sweat. Boxing is easily one of the best-rounded workouts because you have to keep your core tight, move fast, and strike hard with your upper and lower body. Unlike a regular cardio routing, such as cycling or running, boxing encompasses an array of body systems to improve your cardiovascular fitness and agility. Constantly moving, you can burn over 500 calories in just one of our sessions.

Boxing Training: If you box competitively, we can offer you the boxing training necessary to be the best fighter you can be. When training with one of our boxing coaches, you will receive one-on-one guidance on everything from movement, posture, strength training, and more. In order to improve, you need a trainer you can trust to assess your personal strengths and weaknesses. We have all equipment necessary, and a support network that will push you to fight your hardest.

MMA Training: To give you a leg up on competition, or to keep you in shape in an exhilarating way, we offer MMA training that combines an array of different martial arts fighting styles. MMA is a fast growing trend, especially in the realm of UFC.  This full contact, combat sport will teach you to fight standing or on the floor. You will be taught to perform precision strikes and maneuvers with your hands, feet, elbows, and knees to not only defend yourself, but gain overall control of and immobilize your opponent.

Wrestling Training- We are proud to say that our wrestling gym has partnered with the San Antonio Scorpions Wrestling Club. Our team of coaches offers our wrestlers Folk-style Wrestling from September-October, which involves UIL High School and Collegiate Style Wrestling for NEISD, Canyon HS, Judson HS, and New Braunfels HS to compete in UIL HS wrestling. Freestyle/Greco-Roman Wrestling is offered from March-May.

Cross Training- If you are seeking to rev up your energy and lose those extra pounds fast, consider a Cross Training workout. By combining weight lifting techniques with high intensity cardio that utilizes the entire body, you will start to see results much quicker than your average routine and never get bored doing the same thing over and over. Leaner, faster, stronger; all of this and more is possible with our Cross training.

Boot camp- Our boot camp is very similar to Cross training just a scaled down version. Boot camp allows candidates to gradually get to the condition they want to be at. The exciting thing about this class is the constant change in the workout.  You don’t know what you will get from one day to the next i.e.; kettle bell, battle rope, tractor tire, medicine ball and/or sand bag work out.  Our boot camp class is triggered towards working your cardio and core and is a great class for couples and beginners.
