We are currently signing up for all classes listed above.

​All clasess are high-intensity 1 hr. classes that will push your endurance, build strength, increase your speed and power to get you to the next level.  Challenge yourself! Our classes are:

8:00 am - 9:00 am Cross Training

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Cross Training

3:45 -4:30 pm Personal Training

5:30 - 6:30 Women's only cross training

6:00 pm Boxing

6:30 pm MMA

7:00 pm Wrestling

6:30 -7:30 pm Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu

7:00 pm Bootcamp

7:00 pm Boxing

7:00 pm Zumba (Monday, Wednesday &Thursday's)

All classess are Monday - Friday.  Saturday we are open from 9:00 am- 4:00 pm.  Open gym from 8:00 am - 9:30 pm M-T; Friday open gym 8:00 am - 8:30 pm and Saturday open gym 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
